SMCOE says no bids received for 1800 Rollins Road lease; staff will revisit options

Deputy Superintendent Kevin Bultema told the Board the County Office received no written or verbal bids by the established deadline for the lease of the 1800 Rollins Road site in Burlingame. "No written or verbal bids were received by the deadline so the additional agenda items were not needed," Bultema said.
Bultema said staff will review options to generate revenue from the property and return to the Board with a revised plan. The closed-session items tied to negotiations for the property were removed from the agenda for this meeting.
