Board Member Chelsea Bonini reminded colleagues of the Legislative Brunch on March 22 and noted that nominations for the Kent and Emily Garfield Awards closed and review and site visits would begin ahead of the awards event on May 2.
Board Member Mike O’Neill requested the next meeting be adjourned in memory of Anthony 'Tony' Corten, principal at Ocean Shore School, who recently passed away after 17 years of service. Several members also reported participation in reading sessions and trainings and thanked staff for assistance with administrative items such as Vector Training records.
