The Village of Broadview Board voted to suspend the regular session and go into executive session to discuss personnel, real estate and litigation matters.
Clerk Clark read the executive-session notice identifying statutory sections for personnel (2(c)(1)), real estate (2(c)(5)) and litigation (2(c)(11)). The motion to suspend the regular session carried by roll call, and the meeting went into closed session at 7:00 p.m.
The board reconvened at 8:44 p.m.; Mayor Katrina Thompson informed the audience that there was "no action item that came out of closed session" and that the session provided information and updates for the trustees.
