Council then approved City Checks #39279–39313, electronic payments #1827–1843, direct deposits #7429–7468, and related utility payments; the motion carried 6-0 on a roll call vote. By consensus the January 2026 Treasurer's Report was filed for audit. These approvals clear routine financial and recordkeeping items ahead of next month's meetings.
