Council adopts $1,176.63 tobacco retail license fee to fund enforcement and neighborhood officer

A public-health advocate thanked the council and staff for acting to protect youth and noted prior inspections by county public-health staff. After staff answered questions, the council moved and adopted the resolution; the roll call showed the measure passed 4-1.
