The Paw Paw Public School District board approved its consent agenda on Jan. 21, which included December meeting minutes, financial reports, and monthly bills. The consent agenda also recorded two resignations: Jennifer Groh-Johnson (LE Special Education Teacher) and Mark Majcher (EE First Grade Teacher).
The board accepted a $510 donation from the Paw Paw Athletic Boosters for the high school softball program, designated Huntington Bank, Michigan Liquid Asset Fund and UMB Bank for district funds, authorized primary signers for checks, and appointed Thrun Law Firm, P.C. as the district's legal counsel for the 2026 calendar year.
