Board members raised schedule and scope concerns tied to Landmark Constructorss contractor schedule, which currently runs from June 2026 to August 2027. The board approved the motion to award the inspector contract after a trustee moved the item and a second; the vote carried. Staff will monitor inspection effort and return to the board if changes to the cap are needed.
