She told the commission she had tailored the packet and limited the length to avoid overwhelming new commissioners: "I was thinking having, like, a 1 page Rosenberg cheat sheet," she said.
Commissioners discussed whether the packet should instruct commissioners about answering public questions and recommended phrasing such as "answer questions as appropriate" to avoid inconsistent treatment of members of the public. The clerk said the packet will reference the ordinance (noted in the packet as "ordinance number 5 2 4") and will be emailed to new commissioners; hard copies can be provided on request.
