After discussion, a motion by Board Member Mike O'Neill, seconded by Board Member Gerard, carried 6-0 with one absent (Alvaro).
Board President Hugo Torres summarized the outcome as approval of the suggested protocol; further discussion about handbook placement will occur at a subsequent meeting.
