Fayston Selectboard inspects water line in town right-of-way that hinders ditching; no action taken

Present at the inspection were Selectboard members Chuck Martel, Ron Graves and Mike Jordan, Road Foreman Josh Livingston and property owner Judy Gates. The site visit lasted about 19 minutes and concluded at 4:19 PM.
During the field review, the group recorded that the water line sits within the ditch in the town right-of-way and hinders the road crew's ability to maintain the ditching for that road segment. The minutes state that "Judy Gates plans to talk with Kingsbury about placement." No motions or votes were taken during the site visit; the minutes explicitly record that no actions were made. The minutes were submitted by Town Clerk Madison Vasseur for approval.
