Watonga school board removes ex-signatory, adds president to Bank7 accounts

Board member Aaron Clewell then moved, and Dwight McGee seconded, to add Mayra Flynn to the Treasury and Draft accounts at Bank7; that motion also carried 4-0.
Board records do not specify why Wigington was removed from the accounts, nor do the minutes record additional discussion. The changes were approved by unanimous roll-call votes and were recorded in the meeting minutes as formal board actions.
