The Daviess County Commissioners approved a series of routine administrative items on June 9. The board approved a Baker Tilly contract for TIF services, agreed to continue the current excise tax distribution method, confirmed pay rates for voting center staff per State Board of Accounts requirements, and approved payroll and multiple claims dockets.
The board also approved a request from Indiana Michigan Power for aerial herbicide vegetation control in right‑of‑way areas between April and September, and adjourned after routine approvals. All listed motions passed unanimously (moved by TC Cook; seconded by Nathan Gabhart unless otherwise noted).
