New London Board honors Students of the Month from district schools

Jennings International Elementary Magnet School); Leanny Vasquez (Bennie Dover Jackson Multi-Magnet Middle School Campus); Kailani Thompson and Cheyenne Shirley (New London High School Multi-Magnet Campus); and Amy Vega (New London Adult Education).
President Elaine Maynard-Adams noted the district’s recognition of achievement at all levels and highlighted that Bennie Dover Jackson Multi-Magnet Middle School is one of two finalists for the Connecticut Middle School of the Year.
