Commissioner Tom Appel moved and Commissioner Wayne Maras seconded a motion to declare the trailer surplus and authorize the Emergency Management Director to sell it; the board approved the motion unanimously. The board did not record a sale price or timeline for disposal during the Feb. 4 meeting.
