Middle school construction largely complete; district reports punch-list work remains

Miklitsch noted replacement of the boilers and chiller and a temporary one-day leak on the Weinberg Gym roof that was resealed. He credited maintenance staff for moving furniture and preparing classrooms for students. Administrators said punch-list items are being addressed after hours and that construction crews will not be present during instructional hours.
No board action was requested at the meeting; administrators said they would continue to monitor the final adjustments and report back if any substantive issues arise.
