Samantha asked commissioners for feedback and said she will coordinate with the city manager and update online links as needed. "I found a 1 page document that had some scribbles on it, essentially," Samantha said, describing why she developed the fuller packet. Commissioners responded favorably and suggested including role-specific sections and laminated or binder inserts so materials remain current without repeated reprinting.
Samantha said she will add a one-page summary of the Brown Act and work with staff to ensure the packet reflects the most up-to-date procedures and forms.
