On Crash Hall, commissioners raised concerns about the floor's condition and peeling paint: the chair noted the floor work cost about $20,000 when done and described the current surface as plywood that is now peeling. Environmental health previously requested plans for the snack-shack kitchen, and commissioners said a required hood over cooking equipment is cost-prohibitive under current constraints, limiting indoor cooking.
Commissioners asked for a written list of recommended repairs and cost estimates; James was expected to prepare a write-up capturing the walk-around observations for future agenda follow-up.
