Krista said parents are keeping their children away from the park and that, to her knowledge, a nearby woman has a restraining order involving the person. Commissioners noted that local police had provided a presence during a recent middle-school dance to discourage the individual from returning to the event. The chair told Krista she would raise the concern with the city manager and try to share the screenshots and evidence Krista offered.
Commissioners framed the next steps as referral and follow-up rather than an immediate enforcement action: they advised documenting reported incidents for the city manager and police to review and recommended that Krista and other witnesses share the items she brought so staff could assess whether further action or formal restrictions are warranted. The meeting did not record any formal citation, ban, or ordinance change during the session; the matter remains an unresolved public-safety concern the commission plans to escalate to city staff.
