Board appoints Samuel Dell Student Activities Treasurer and approves vouchers

The motion to appoint Dell was made by Pam Adams and seconded by Charla Loomis; the motion passed 3-0.
The board also approved accounts payable vouchers 2694 and 2750 and payroll vouchers 2629, 2630, 2631 and 2701 by unanimous consent. The minutes record these items under the consent agenda and show routine approval without public comment. The board additionally approved disposal of Lenovo computers as part of the consent agenda.
