ZBA adopts revised fall meeting schedule; September meeting moved to Sept. 3

The Lebanon Zoning Board approved an amended 2026 meeting calendar during its Aug. 3 meeting, moving the September session to Thursday, Sept. 3 and shifting November’s meeting to Tuesday, Nov. 10 to avoid conflicts with election day and room availability.
Staff noted the council chambers availability was limited and that the proposed dates are the only feasible options within a +/- two-week window. The board moved and approved the change unanimously and asked staff to forward the revised schedule for official processing.
