Trustee Ms. Dominguez moved to approve the section 3000 updates and Trustee Ms. Owl seconded; the motion carried unanimously. Comparable motions and unanimous approvals were recorded for sections 5000, 6000, and 9000.
Trustees did not record amendments to the presented language in the minutes. Implementation and staff responsibilities for compliance were left to district offices as part of standard administrative follow up.
