The Douglass Township Planning Agency on March 23 recommended conditional final approval for the 115 W. Moyer Road subdivision after reviewing Pennoni’s March 6 letter and additional plan details. Logan Zyst of Rouse Chamberlin presented the Final Plan and said the developer would make the minor revisions requested, including combining Open Space B and C into one common open space.
Board members raised concerns about construction vehicle access. Member Michael Heydt noted that the proposed access route via Links Drive would pass over recently repaired streets (Roberts, Buchert, Cross, Golf and Links) and argued the developer should be responsible for repairs; Heydt suggested alternate access via Ming Drive, but Zyst said an agreement already exists with the Links Drive property owner. Chairwoman Sara Carpenter moved to recommend conditional approval contingent on completing the plan revisions and a road‑repair commitment letter; Heydt seconded. The motion passed unanimously (Rick, Heydt, Reitz, Stouch, Gisinger‑Doran, Carpenter, Richardson — Aye).
