Planning and Zoning staff Milton Ollerton and Jenna Huennekens presented Lot Line Adjustment LLA26-0003 (Five Point Acres 1st Amended Plat) requesting an adjustment between parcels RP003940010010 and RP04N39E284920 at 4139 E 140 N in Rigby. Staff said the adjustment would result in one parcel of approximately 2.998 acres and another of approximately 5.009 acres while maintaining adequate water rights for both properties.
Commissioner Clark moved to approve the lot line adjustment for Five Point Acres Division 1 First Amended Plat; Commissioner Young seconded the motion and the roll call vote was unanimous. The approval authorizes the amended plat as presented and updates county parcel records accordingly.
Why it matters: the adjustment reconfigures private property boundaries and is recorded in county land-use records; water-right sufficiency was noted as a condition for approval.
