Motions were made and seconded as recorded; each vote was recorded as unanimous — "All members voted 'aye.' Motion carried." Director Brehmer supplied the background details for the corrections.
The corrections were processed individually by motion: motions originated from board members including Doug Post, Larry Jensen and Dave Miller and were seconded by colleagues as shown in the meeting minutes.
