Commissioner Foster moved to approve the meeting agenda and Commissioner Turner seconded; the motion passed 3-0. Foster moved to approve the March 25, 2025 minutes, Turner seconded, and that motion also passed 3-0. The recorded adjournment motion was made by Commissioner Foster, seconded by Commissioner Turner, and the meeting was adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
