Commission appoints Jeff Longbine to Newman Regional Health Board; approves LCAT Title VI and LEP plan

The Commission approved LCAT’s Title VI and LEP plan by unanimous vote; the approval formalizes the county transit agency’s civil-rights complaint process and language-access steps.
