At the July 15, 2026 meeting the Board of Selectmen recorded the following formal actions and outcomes:
- Oak Lawn Cemetery walkway: Motion to approve $13,500 for a 3-foot gravel path. Moved by Lou Gargiulo, seconded by Mark R. Lane — unanimous approval.
- Road Agent core services: Motion to approve $13,371 core services bill. Moved by Lou Gargiulo, seconded by Mark R. Lane — unanimous approval.
- Evergreen Road name correction: Motion to approve the name Evergreen Road (restore from 'Drive'). Moved by Lou Gargiulo, seconded by Mark R. Lane — unanimous approval; staff to update town records and notify state agencies for 911 mapping.
- Financial reports and warrants: General Fund balance reported ($3,961,750.28) and payroll/accounts payable warrants, including Accounts Payable Warrant #7.2.26 for $1,596,624.36, were approved by unanimous vote.
- Abatements and overpayments: Listed abatements and overpayments were approved by unanimous vote.
- Minutes: Selectmen approved June 17, 2026 meeting minutes and non-public minutes.
- Non-public session: The board entered non-public session under RSA 91-A:3, II(a) and (c) at 10:00 a.m., returned at 10:37 a.m., and voted to seal the non-public minutes under the same RSA provision.
