At the July 20 meeting, Commissioner Ann Grasso presented the commission's financial status for the close of the fiscal year. She reported that "all invoices have been submitted to the Town to close out the $4,500 allotment for the fiscal year ending June, 2026." The commission recorded a $1,500 town allotment deposited into the CCDC capital account for fiscal year 2026/27 and a $1,000 state stipend in the donation account with approximately $920 remaining.
Grasso told commissioners the commission is awaiting the final Finance Office report. Commissioners discussed priorities for the available funds, noting that the tri-fold brochure and website remain top items for expenditure. The minutes note that approximately $500 of the town allocation has been spent on branding as of July 1, and that the commission plans to expend other branding funds prior to using the state stipend because the stipend "has no time or use limits."
