Members present for the discussion were Stephen Qualy, Chris Williamson, Barb Schmidtknecht, Ben Adank and Marcia Larson. The minutes indicate the committee completed its review of departmental drafts and set the procedural next step of a public budget hearing ahead of final council consideration.
