Douglass to hold March workshop on E. Philadelphia Ave revitalization; mailboxes and sidewalks on agenda

There was support for centralized cluster mailboxes located in the municipal building parking lot to reduce on‑street mailbox congestion. The Planning Agency scheduled a workshop for Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. to review sidewalk analysis, survey results and mailbox options. Staff will bring the county analysis and recommendations to that workshop.
