Interim Manager David Thompson reported the status of multiple subdivision and land‑development filings. He said 194 Congo Rd has been approved and the township is awaiting signatures on the recorded plans. Mr. Thompson said 330 Gilbertsville Rd requires additional revisions and will resubmit for further review.
Thompson said 115 W. Moyer Road is under review by the county and Pennoni for final plan approval. Member Michael Heydt asked that Links Drive be connected and dedicated as part of the 115 W. Moyer approval so the township can begin earning Liquid Fuels funds; he noted the road is currently a cul‑de‑sac. The meeting record lists a submission deadline for 115 W. Moyer Road as March 22, 2025 (90‑day extension granted) in the published agenda; the township did not clarify at the Feb. 26 meeting whether that date is current or a clerical carryover from earlier filings.
