Brian Boyer of Boyer Engineering presented a proposed lot‑line realignment between Lots 2 and 3 at Kelly Acres to remedy a garage that was built across the lot line. Boyer said legal descriptions were revised in response to Pennoni's review letter dated February 20, 2026. The engineering reviewer, Greg Kerr, indicated no objection to recommending conditional approval provided remaining technical items are addressed.
Member Michael Heydt moved to recommend conditional approval for the lot‑line realignment; Mr. Reitz seconded the motion. The roll‑call vote was recorded as Rick‑Aye, Heydt‑Aye, Reitz‑Aye, Stouch‑Aye and Gisinger‑Doran‑Aye. The motion passed. The action resolves the encroachment issue contingent on completion of conditions noted in Pennoni's review letter and any final plan requirements.
The agency did not record any public objection during the meeting. Township staff will prepare the conditional approval letter and monitor completion of outstanding items before signing recorded plans.
