Planning Agency conditionally approves Kelly Acres lot‑line realignment after engineer review

The roll‑call vote was recorded as Rick‑Aye, Heydt‑Aye, Reitz‑Aye, Stouch‑Aye and Gisinger‑Doran‑Aye. The motion passed. The action resolves the encroachment issue contingent on completion of conditions noted in Pennoni's review letter and any final plan requirements.
The agency did not record any public objection during the meeting. Township staff will prepare the conditional approval letter and monitor completion of outstanding items before signing recorded plans.
