Commissioners approved permitting conditions for an accessory structure proposed at 28 Longview Drive after a site visit by several members. Steve Riberdy of Boghunter Ecological and owner Mr. Fulton explained that an existing shed collapsed last winter and will be removed; the proposed 24' x 36' structure would encroach partially within the 100-foot wetland buffer.
The commission required erosion controls be in place before construction, directed that the existing drainage pipe be located to ensure the new building is sited correctly, and ordered that all excavated material be placed outside the buffer zone. The motion to issue a Negative #3 with conditions and a Positive 2A was made by James Coletta, seconded by James Murphy, and carried with Stoughton Smead, James Murphy, Robert McMaster and James Coletta recorded as voting in favor.
