Council approves leasing a new copier as current lease nears expiration

Council members noted that parts for the existing model will be discontinued by the manufacturer, which factored into the decision to prefer leasing a new machine with maintenance included. The lease decision will shift routine maintenance and part replacement responsibility to the vendor under the new contract.
