President (Speaker 1) reported that exterior cameras have been added and that the board intends to cancel a $150-per-month alarm portion of the camera service. He described planned pavilion lighting replacements and volunteer-led tiling work for a second bathroom, and said contractor quotes for termite repair will be sought for service in January.
Maintenance working groups reported a two-day park cleanup planned Jan. 6–7 with volunteers and equipment (including a volunteer backhoe), requests to install a water spigot and a dog-waste station, and a proposal to order black cinder for a January work party. Speaker 2 moved to order cinder; after cost discussion the board agreed to proceed pending second and third quotes for some items, and to bring tire replacement proposals back for formal approval.
