According to the agenda, Dixon Engineering will provide project administration, weld and coating observations, final inspection, project closeout and a one-year warranty inspection. The estimated agreement cost is $98,250 and will be paid from funds appropriated in the City's operating budget. Vice Mayor Todd Hall moved for approval; Michael Aldridge seconded, and the motion passed with all members present voting yea.
