The board reviewed a near-final draft of bylaw changes designed to permit electronic voting and electronic communications for members. According to the report presented for the bylaws committee, the changes are intended "simply [to add] mechanisms to make it cheaper and easier for everybody in the community to participate," the president said. The committee proposed publishing the draft to the community and holding a vote with a 10% membership quorum at the pavilion in early August.
The membership working group reported compiling a master spreadsheet of approximately 2,000 line items cross-referenced to county TMKs and owner mailing addresses; volunteers estimated 75–100 hours of work. The board discussed gathering emails and phone numbers for future electronic notices while noting privacy concerns and voluntary opt-in rules for sharing contact information.
