The City Plan Board convened June 9 at 4:31 P.M. and handled routine planning business, approving three items: PLN2026-00136 (21-lot consolidation at 725 S. Ludlow), PLN2026-00137 (24-lot reconfiguration at 820 Bowen St./St. Anthony Church), and PLN2026-00135 (vacation of about 1,140 sq. ft. at North Main and West Monument). The board recorded motions to excuse Ms. Geraldine Pegues and to approve the May 12 minutes with an added note that Mr. Matt Sauer had recused himself from a prior case where he was the applicant.
Members also noted non-agenda announcements: Ms. Rosalyn Miller said Preservation Dayton raffles will take place June 18 at Fifth Street Brewpub; Ms. Miller and Mr. Sauer noted the Grafton Hill Home, Garden & Historic Auto Show on June 20. Case PLN2026-00128 (planned development at 515 Warren St.) was withdrawn by the applicant. Mr. Greg Scott adjourned the meeting at 4:51 P.M.; minutes were later approved on July 14, 2026.
