The San Pasqual Valley Unified School District Board of Trustees called a special meeting to order at 5:02 P.M. on Dec. 17, 2025 and adjourned at 6:22 P.M. Board President Cody Hartt called the special meeting to order at 5:02 P.M. on Dec. 17, 2025 in the Middle-High School Library. Roll call recorded Mr. Hartt, Mr. Derma, Ms. Dominguez, Ms. Delgadillo (arrived at 5:12 P.M.), Ms. Owl and Ms. Numkena as present.
At 6:22 P.M. Trustee Mr. Derma moved to adjourn; Trustee Ms. Dominguez seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The minutes record the motion and the unanimous outcome. The board noted the next regular board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. in the Middle/High School Library. The meeting minutes were signed by Cody Hartt, Board President.
