The motion carried by a unanimous vote of the four aldermen present (Holt, Spencer, King and Lehman). The minutes did not record dollar amounts, a contract term, or a construction start date for the street project.
The consent-agenda approval completed routine business and allowed staff to proceed with the procurement steps specified in the resolution. No alderman requested separate consideration for any consent item during the meeting.
