City Administrator Sheila Ernzen presented a Parking Lot Use and Vegetation Maintenance Agreement with Shanks Heating & Cooling that allows the city to use the southernmost 10 feet of Shanks' parking lot for Market at the Park. Ernzen explained the city will maintain vegetation along Shanks' portion of the Beer Creek ditch on the west side of the property in exchange for the limited use.
Alderman Ashton King recused from the meeting at 7:04 p.m.; the board approved the resolution with the remaining members voting in favor. King rejoined the meeting at 7:05 p.m., according to the minutes.
