Board approves Thornell site plan for Innovation 5th Plat Lot 2

David Pavlich, Community Development Director, presented the Innovation 5th Plat Lot 2 site plan related to the Thornell development. He told the board the project proposes a 40,000‑square‑foot building on Lot 2 and that Planning and Zoning recommended approval with conditions.
After two readings the board voted 4–0 to approve Bill No. 36, which was adopted as Ordinance No. 1699‑2026. The motion was seconded by Alderman King and supported by Aldermen Holt, Spencer and Lehman.
