Council members moved to approve the agreement; after a roll call vote the appointment was approved and RWG plans to begin work and meet with city staff the next day.
Council members said they valued RWG's combination of legal and municipal experience and expected a follow‑up meeting to scope near‑term tasks and transitions. No public objections were raised during the public comment period on this item.
