NICE board approves $1.86 million in bills, accepts treasurer's reports

The NICE Community School District Board of Education on Sept. 15 approved routine financial items, including General Fund bills totaling $1,862,503.07 for the period Aug. 18 through Sept. 12, 2025, and August payrolls of $580,555.66. The motions were moved by Kathleen Carlson and supported by John Grove; the minutes state each motion carried.
The board also accepted Treasurer's reports showing General Fund receipts of $3,972,735.13 and disbursements of $4,081,529.87. The consent agenda and prior meeting minutes were approved as part of the same set of motions. No roll-call tallies were recorded in the minutes; the record notes only that motions carried.
