The commission approved the minutes from its July 6 meeting after a motion moved by Commissioner Elizabeth and seconded during the meeting; the chair called for the ayes and the motion was approved. The roll call earlier in the meeting recorded several absences: Commissioners Randall, Richmond and Willard were not present.
Evelyn notified the commission that the next regular meeting date falls on Labor Day when City Hall is closed; commissioners agreed to reschedule to Monday, Sept. 14 at the same time. Chair Redmond adjourned the meeting at about 9:15 a.m.
