Council defers stormwater item to Feb. 10 and votes to move into closed session
Summary

The roll call recorded unanimous 'Aye' votes from councilmembers present and the motion to defer was adopted.
The clerk then read a motion to convene closed session under provisions of the Virginia Code pertaining to land acquisition and prospective business recruitment and to consult with counsel on specific legal matters and code citations. Council moved, seconded and recorded the roll call; the meeting recessed to prepare to convene closed session.
