Council sees neighborhood-level winners and losers in reassessment maps

She identified King Square, Mallard Point, Lock Haven and Buckroe among areas with higher increases and noted a slight decrease in one area near Hampton Shores and parts of Highland Park.
Bridal said staff divided the city into quadrants to help council and residents zoom in on parcel-level changes and urged anyone with questions to contact their appraiser or use the assessor website for details. "If you have any questions regarding what color is what, just ask me," she said, describing the map legend.
