Erica Blair McGrew of Young Wall Street told the committee that her organization focuses on early investing education and plans to scale its summer boot camp and recruitment in 2025. "In 2025, we're doubling from 50 to a 100," she said, describing a phased growth plan through 2026 to reach 200 families a summer.
McGrew said the first quarter will focus on marketing, recruitment and building a data logic model to evaluate impact. The group will conduct a high-school tour in March and April and host summer boot camps in late June and early July, concluding each with a showcase attended by county leaders.
