The board recognized recipients of the 2026 NJAC Foundation scholarships and invited corporate partners and students to the front of the chamber. The NJAC Foundation, affiliated with New Jersey's Association of Counties, funds scholarships for county vocational, technical school, and county college students through corporate donations.
John Donadio, who was invited to speak, said the foundation "raised a $113,000 this year" and that the program gives all of those funds to graduating students. Commissioners listed individual scholarship recipients and thanked partners including Amazon, AT&T, Investors Bank and South Jersey Industries for support of the awards.
