FASTSIGNS agrees to sponsor signage; library to help with copies this year

Committee member Julie reported that Shelley Wells at FASTSIGNS agreed to sponsor signage production and that the library will assist with copying this year; FASTSIGNS would expect a small donor logo on produced signs.
Julie told the committee she had met with a local FASTSIGNS representative and that the company had agreed to sponsor printing of signs and banners for upcoming events and displays.
"I met with Shelley Wells from, is it FASTSIGNS? And she has agree I think I shared this with all of you... she has agreed to sponsor us for, you know, a minimal amount for any kind of signage that we need to have printed," Julie said. She added FASTSIGNS would likely place a "donated by" logo on donated signs. Committee members confirmed the library would help with copies for this year and that longer-term plans for donated copies could be explored.
Members noted the sponsorship will reduce near-term printing costs and agreed to coordinate branding and placement of sponsor logos on materials. Julie said she would follow up with the company and share contact information.
